The Nigerian Orthopaedic Association (NOA) is the umbrella organisation for the Orthopaedic Surgeons in Nigeria. It is organised into 3 zones representing 3 geographic regions in Nigeria:
The National Executive Committee (NEC) of NOA oversee the activities of the association in conjunction with the zonal officials.
The NOA is dedicated to improving musculoskeletal health for all Nigerians through advocacy, education, and collaboration among highly skilled orthopedic professionals, upholding the highest standards of patient care, fostering collaboration and networking, engaging with local communities, advocating for policy changes, providing education and training, and promoting research and innovation in orthopedic care.
The NOA’s mission is to improve musculoskeletal health and enhance the quality of life for all Nigerians through advocacy, education, and collaboration within the orthopedic community.
